The study titled 'Phenogenomics reveals the ecology and evolution of Trichoderma fungi for sustainable agriculture,' which represents the first scientific publication of the international research project supported by the Joint Genome Institute (JGI) and in which Prof. Günseli Bayram Akçapınar Director of the Graduate School of Health Sciences and faculty member in the Department of Medical Biotechnology at Acıbadem University contributed as a researcher, has been published in the prestigious scientific journal Nature Microbiology (Q1, IF: 20.7).
